The only double rim, nursing cover that enable you to better view your baby, keeps fabric off baby's face and enables better airflow.
Alison's advice/ recommendation: Most nursing covers only come with the top rim so you can see baby, but this cover's second rim enables fabric to be away from baby's face. This feature is perfect for smaller size babies (ie. preemies). Before I found this great cover, I was constantly pulling the fabric off her face. This would be great to cover up for breast pumping as well - keeps fabric from pulling off tubing from bottles and enable you to place bottles on accurately (and readjust)!
Another handy tip - I use my nursing cover as a cover for Sophia when I am carrying her in her carrier - keeps her warm and covered.
